Hiring & Training

In 2024, Concord Hospitality committed to hiring 200 refugees in the United States over the next three years. This is in addition to Concord Hospitality’s success in hiring 125 refugees to date. Concord Hospitality hosts regular job fairs for refugee candidates at their hotels and provides all refugees hired with language support and on-the-job training.

Concord Hospitality is part of Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
