Hiring & Training

The Adecco Group is part of Tent U.S., Tent Canada, Tent España, Tent France, Tent México, and Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these six countries, including through employment or job preparation.

In 2023, Adecco committed to connect 50,000 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, to work in Europe over three years, by including them in its contingent workforce. Adecco will provide training to 10,000 of these 50,000 refugees, by offering technical and language training.

This commitment builds on Adecco’s efforts to place 15,000 refugees into jobs in Europe in 2022, as well as match 8,000 Ukrainian refugees to employment and train 1,300 Ukrainian refugees through the adeccojobs4ukraine platform.

As one of the biggest HR solutions companies in the world, The Adecco Group recognizes the critical role it can play in helping refugees integrate in the labor markets of their new host communities. The Adecco Group is training refugees and facilitating their job placement with employers, with a focus on European countries such as Italy, France and Spain, as well as in Latin America.

Mentorship

In 2021, The Adecco Group committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in France, Italy, and the UK over three years.

The Adecco Group is mentoring refugee women in Poland as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative.
