In 2022, Albea committed to hiring 50 refugees over three years in the United States. In addition, Albea will offer internships to 20 refugees in the U.S. over three years.

Albea is part of Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
