Hiring & Training

In 2019, Arcadis committed to offering employment opportunities to 45 refugees over three years. 

Having already successfully hired 56 refugees, in 2022, Arcadis expanded its commitment and pledged to offer 65 additional employment opportunities to refugees across Europe over three years. Arcadis will do this through an internship program that provides training and coaching to help refugees adjust to their new work environment. At the end of the internship program, the best-suited refugee candidates will be offered a job with Arcadis.

Arcadis is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Supply Chain

In 2022, Arcadis committed to encouraging its suppliers, vendors, clients, and investors to hire refugees who successfully complete the Arcadis internship program.
