In 2020, Bain committed to mentoring 50 LGBTQ refugees in San Francisco, New York City, and London over three years.

In 2023, Bain & Company committed to mentoring 50 Afghan refugees over three years in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago.
