BP is exploring hiring refugees in the UK and will develop a tailored recruitment and onboarding process to ensure their successful integration into the company.

In 2023, BP committed to hire 70 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, over three years across its European operations, including in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and the UK. In addition, bp committed to provide training and coaching to 250 refugees in areas such as CV writing and interview skills through employability and other events.

BP is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Mentorship

BP is mentoring refugee women in Poland as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative.
