Co-op is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Co-op is looking at hiring refugees across its businesses, including entry-level roles in retail stores and depots, and roles in funeral care, legal and insurance and in its corporate support center. Additionally, Co-op will encourage its suppliers to hire refugees.
