FEMSA has been hiring refugees at OXXO convenience stores in Mexico since 2019. FEMSA plans to explore opportunities to include more refugees in their operations, as well as other ways to support refugees in Latin America.

FEMSA is part of Tent México, exploring opportunities to help refugees and other forcibly displaced people enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
