In 2024, Foundever committed to hire 500 refugees in the United States over three years for customer experience delivery roles within the company. Foundever.org also committed to provide English language training to 450 refugees in the United States over three years so they can improve their level of English and better position themselves for employment opportunities in the U.S. 

Foundever is part of Tent U.S., Tent France, Tent México exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these three countries, including through employment or job preparation.
