Hiring & Training

In 2022, Royal FrieslandCampina committed to hiring 50 refugees over three years across its European operations, accounting for two percent of anticipated open positions in the Netherlands. Royal FrieslandCampina also committed to providing training via its NGO partners for up to 200 refugees, helping them with CV writing, interview techniques, and creating LinkedIn profiles.

Royal FrieslandCampina is helping provide better access to employment and supporting the economic inclusion of Ukrainian refugee women in Europe.

Mentorship

In 2022, Royal FrieslandCampina committed to mentoring at least 100 refugees in the Netherlands and in other European countries, including Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom over three years.

The company has also been actively involved in advocating for refugees’ right to work in Malaysia, participating in an effort led by Tent.
