In 2022, La Colombe committed to hiring 100 refugees over three years in the United States. To support its refugee hiring program, La Colombe will provide language training and transportation support to all refugee employees.

La Colombe is part of the Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
