In 2022, La Colombe committed to hiring 100 refugees over three years in the United States. To support its refugee hiring program, La Colombe will provide language training and transportation support to all refugee employees.

La Colombe is part of the Tent Coalition for Refugees in the U.S., exploring hiring and training opportunities for refugees across the country.
