Since joining Tent, McDonald’s has worked with us to connect refugees to jobs by hiring them into their workforce in Canada, Germany, Spain, and the UK; mobilizing their employees in the Netherlands to mentor refugees by offering individualized career guidance and support; and upskilling them through training programs.
