Pret A Manger (Pret) is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Pret has hired over 400 refugees in the UK since 2008 through its employment programs. The ‘Rising Stars’ program helps people who are at risk of becoming homeless, including refugees, to secure roles at Pret by providing training, counseling, clothing vouchers, and travel support. Based on this model, the ‘Ukraine Employment Programme’ offered Ukrainian refugees in the UK training, financial aid, mental health support, English lessons, and job opportunities at Pret shops.
