PwC has offered three to six-month work experience placements to refugees in the tax, accountancy and advisory departments of PwC NL, and is now offering fifteen refugees a seven-month traineeship within the Assurance practice. The intention is to offer a contract at the end of the project.

Mentorship

In 2021, PwC committed to mentoring 50 LGBTQ refugees in cities such as New York, Chicago, and London over three years.

In 2022, PwC committed to mentoring 50 LGBT*IQ refugees in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, and Düsseldorf over three years.

In-kind Donation

PwC has supported various refugee initiatives in the Netherlands since 2015, including providing pro-bono services to organizations that focus on supporting refugees and organizing workshops for refugees to meet PwC clients as potential employers.
