Salamanca has been hiring Venezuelan refugees for administrative and operational roles at their food production facilities in Colombia since 2018. Salamanca aims to train 100 Venezuelan refugees by 2022 for roles in food production serving the health and industrial sectors in Colombia, with the goal of hiring them upon successful completion of training.
