ServiceNow, through their NextGen Professionals Program, has developed an 8-week training program to equip refugees in Canada with technical skills and certifications related to developing, operating, and maintaining applications on ServiceNow’s cloud-based enterprise platform, the Now Platform. 

ServiceNow is helping refugee participants find jobs with its clients, including by recommending relevant refugee resumes from the training program. ServiceNow is exploring opportunities to expand this program in other regions globally.

ServiceNow is part of the Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
