Sierra Nevada, a Colombian hamburger-restaurant chain, committed to hiring 100 Venezuelan refugees as full-time employees by 2022. As part of its commitment to diversity and inclusion, Sierra Nevada will also conduct sensitivity training to prepare its staff to work with refugee employees and ensure their successful integration into the company.
