In 2021, Sitel Group® committed to joining Tent’s Impact Sourcing Initiative to advance the integration of Venezuelan refugees and support their host communities in Colombia.

Today, Sitel Group employs nearly 1,000 Venezuelan refugees in Colombia and Brazil in its contact centers, having hired over 400 Venezuelan refugees in its Brazil operations in 2021. Sitel® Colombia is committed to hiring 300 more Venezuelans over the next three years in its contact center operations.

Sitel is part of the Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
