TELUS is providing newly arrived government-assisted refugees in Canada free smartphones, and discounted mobile and home internet plans for two years. These services help refugees stay connected and ease their transition to Canada. TELUS has supported over 200 refugees to date, and is exploring opportunities to provide phones and access to mobile services to more refugees across Canada.
