Hiring & Training

In 2022, TenneT committed to hiring 40 refugees and offering six traineeships in the Netherlands over five years. TenneT will provide its refugee employees with individualized coaching and training focusing on Dutch business culture.

In Germany and in the Netherlands, TenneT committed to facilitating apprenticeships to help refugees find employment.

Mentorship

A group of TenneT managers are also mentoring refugees.
