Thames Water is hiring refugees into a range of roles across its operations in Southern England through its Skills Strategy, an initiative to improve the diversity of its workforce by building a pipeline of skills from local communities.  Refugees in the region can also take part in Thames Water’s free pre-employment training programmes.

Thames Water is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
