Tent and Dr. Tsehaye Teferra, Founder, CEO, and President of the Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC) – one of the leading refugee resettlement agencies in the United States – discuss the experience of Black refugees in the United States.

In this conversation we look to deepen the business community’s understanding of the challenges that Black refugees face as they integrate socially and economically in the United States.

Dr. Teferra, originally from Ethiopia, shares his own experience integrating in the U.S. and discusses the work of his organization, which is focused primarily on helping refugees from Africa resettle in the United States.
