In 2019, ABN AMRO committed to hiring and training 80 refugees over three years.
Having already successfully met its target, in 2022, ABN AMRO expanded its commitment and pledged to hire an additional 60 refugees over three years through its Reboot program. As part of its commitment, ABN AMRO will also offer its refugee employees one-year of coaching and training focused on personal development, cultural acclimatization, and organizational values.
In 2022, ABN AMRO committed to offering refugee entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their ideas to its private banking clients, in hopes of helping them secure funding, mentorship, or coaching support.
