Hiring & Training

adidas has provided working opportunities to more than 100 refugees since 2016, of which 24 have been hired in temporary or permanent positions in Germany in various departments, including retail, IT, finance, and HR. Under the adidas Integration Program, each internship and work placement runs for a duration of at least six months.

Mentorship

In 2021, adidas committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK over three years.

In 2022, adidas committed to mentoring 50 LGBT*IQ refugees in Germany over three years.
