Hiring & Training

EWL has connected 13,000 refugees from Ukraine to employment across EU countries, and provided them with professional development opportunities and legal support.

In 2023, EWL committed to connect 35,000 Ukrainian refugees, including Ukrainian women, to work primarily in Poland, as well as Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Romania over three years by including them in its contingent workforce, and by placing them in jobs with its clients. This commitment builds on EWL Group’s efforts that led to the placement of 13,000 Ukrainian refugees into jobs in Poland between March and December 2022.

Financial Donation

EWL has undertaken a number of fundraising and volunteering activities to support refugees from Ukraine in Poland. Of particular note is EWL’s Mother and Child Point at Warsaw’s, which has provided 75,000 women and children from Ukraine a safe space to rest, psychological support, and assistance finding work in Poland soon after their arrival.
