In 2021, Alorica committed to joining Tent’s Impact Sourcing Initiative to advance the integration of Venezuelan refugees and support their host communities in Colombia. Alorica has already hired more than 100 Venezuelans in Mexico, Panama and Uruguay, and aims to hire Venezuelans in Colombia once it launches its operations in the country in 2021.
