As part of its effort to recruit a diverse talent pool, ARUP is proud to support refugees in the UK. So far, it has recruited refugees as interns, with some receiving permanent contracts. ARUP plans to expand its intake of refugee applicants and offer the right level of support to help them succeed in positions such as engineers, coders, and designers. Once Arup have successfully piloted this initiative in the UK, they will consider expanding it to other countries.

Arup is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
