BNP Paribas has supported refugee inclusion in Europe since 2015 through multiple programs in over 10 European countries. The company is hiring refugees and providing them with intensive training support – with plans to scale up hiring efforts in the future. 

BNP Paribas is part of Tent France, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

BNP Paribas plans to organize events to encourage and educate its corporate clients about hiring refugees.

Tailoring Products

BNP Paribas is also working to ensure financial inclusion of refugees by adapting products and processes. 

Mentorship

Since 2021, BNP Paribas is mentoring refugee women in France as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative, and is exploring additional European countries.

Financial Donation

In addition, the company is providing philanthropic support to organizations helping refugees integrate in their host communities.
