Bpost is hiring people that are often excluded from the labor market, including refugees, in roles delivering mail and packages. To help potential new colleagues succeed at the company, Bpost provides targeted language training and facilitates driving classes. As part of its company-wide focus on a respectful, diverse, and inclusive working environment, Bpost provides coaching and communications training for its management in order to prepare its leadership to integrate employees from diverse backgrounds. Bpost plans to scale these efforts.
Mentorship
In 2021, Bpost committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in various cities in Belgium over three years.
