Hiring & Training

BRK is providing technical training in hydraulic installation and sanitation to Venezuelan refugee women in Brazil. Through its program “Projeto Reinventar”, BRK is supporting a pilot group of 25 female refugee participants, several of which were later hired into positions at BRK. To help refugees access the training program, BRK provides tablets, free internet access, and a monthly stipend. BRK is exploring opportunities to expand this program to other regions in Brazil.
