In 2022, Carrols committed to hiring 50 refugees in full-time roles and 250 refugees in part-time roles over three years in the United States. Carrols will provide technical and leadership development to its refugee employees to help with career advancement.

Carrols is part of Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
