Day & Ross is launching a pilot to hire refugees in Canada, which builds on its Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Day & Ross has developed a refugee hiring strategy that involves tailored training and onboarding for refugee employees, as well as orientation for current staff, to create an inclusive environment and set up refugees for success at the company.

Day & Ross is part of Tent Canada, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
