eBay is mentoring refugee women in the UK as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative.

eBay is part of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Entrepreneurship

In 2022, eBay started a program in the UK to help refugee entrepreneurs build their businesses through ecommerce, in partnership with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN). With the aim of reaching 60 entrepreneurs in 2023, the program includes one-to-one coaching and business start-up support.
