Mentorship

In 2021, EY committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany and Switzerland over three years.

In 2022, EY committed to mentoring 50 LGBT*IQ refugees in Germany over three years.

EY staff are providing mentorship to various NGOs in Germany to help refugees acquiring necessary skills to prepare for the job market and improve employability.
