In 2021, HSBC Bank Canada committed to mentoring 50 LGBTQ refugees in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary over three years.

HSBC is part of Tent México, exploring opportunities to help refugees and other forcibly displaced people enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
