Hiring & Training

In 2022, IHG committed to hiring 100 refugees over three years in the United States. IHG will provide its refugee resettlement partner organizations with access to its own online learning platform, IHG Skills Academy, a free resource for professional development and training for refugees.

IHG Hotels & Resorts is part of  Tent U.S., Tent Canada, Tent España, Tent France, Tent UK, and Tent Deutschland, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these six countries, including through employment or job preparation.
