Indeed is part of the Tent U.S. and Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these two countries, including through employment or job preparation.

In 2023, Indeed committed to training 15,000 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, over three years in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and the UK. Indeed will do so by hosting webinars to share job search and interview best practices, as well as developing online content to upskill refugees in their job search. In addition, Indeed will host five job fairs across five European markets to connect refugees to major employers and help them secure jobs.

Mentorship

In 2023, Indeed committed to mentoring 50 refugee women over three years in cities across the United States, including Austin, New York City, and Washington D.C.
