Hiring & Training
In 2023, Kyndryl committed to train 580 Ukrainian refugees over three years with a focus on Poland, through its two programs, Kyndryl Skills Training and Kyndryl Foundations for Success, which will also offer career coaching. In addition, Kyndryl committed to hire 50 Ukrainian refugee women with a focus on Poland.
Kyndryl is part of the Tent U.S., exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
Mentorship
In 2023, Kyndryl committed to mentoring 50 Hispanic refugees over three years in cities across the United States.
Kyndryl is mentoring refugee women in Poland as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative.
