Medtronic is part of the Tent Coalition for Refugees in the U.S., exploring hiring, training, and mentoring opportunities for refugees across the country. 

In 2020, Medtronic committed to mentoring 50 LGBTQ refugees in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and San Francisco over three years.

In 2022, Medtronic committed to mentoring 50 LGBT*IQ refugees in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, and Munich over three years.
