Mentorship
In 2023, Micron committed to mentoring 50 Afghan refugees over three years in Boise and in the Washington, D.C. area.
Supply Chain
Micron has encouraged its suppliers, such as janitorial contractors, to hire refugees at Micron’s facilities in Boise, Idaho. Micron has also provided refugees who work for their suppliers with transportation assistance.
Financial Donation
Micron has provided financial donations to refugee-focused NGOs in Boise, Idaho through an employee matching gifts program.
