OTTO Work Force has connected over 200 refugees to jobs in the Netherlands by including them in its contingent workforce and placing them at clients in the logistics, engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors with OTTO Health Care. 

The company also offers language training and housing to its refugee employees. OTTO Work Force and OTTO Health Care are currently exploring the expansion of their refugee efforts.

OTTO Work Force has hired almost 10,000 Ukrainians in Poland since the outbreak of the war, primarily in the manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce sector.
