In 2021, PayPal committed to mentoring 50 LGBTQ refugees in New York City, London, and San Jose over three years.
Supply Chain
In 2022, PayPal joined Tent’s Impact Sourcing Initiative to advance and support the integration of Venezuelan refugees in their host communities of Colombia and Brazil. By joining the initiative, PayPal has committed to encourage its BPO providers to create more job opportunities for refugees in Latin America. PayPal has already hired dozens of Venezuelan refugees at its call center operations in Brazil in partnership with Sitel.
