In 2023, Randstad committed to supporting the work lives of 46,300 refugees over the next three years. It will do so by connecting to jobs 37,000 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, over three years. In addition, Randstad will provide training to 9,300 refugees on language, CV building, and interview skills, as well as offer upskilling programs for roles in logistics and technology. 

This commitment builds on Randstad’s efforts to place 20,000 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, into jobs in 2022.

In 2019, Randstad committed to reaching 1,000 refugees in Europe with job placement opportunities.

Having surpassed its target, by helping 11,000 refugees find job opportunities, in 2022, Randstad committed to providing job support to an additional 20,000 refugees over three years through upskilling and reskilling, as well as job matching and placements in countries like Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden. Randstad will also explore opportunities to expand its refugee programs to new markets, including in the Czech Republic, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Randstad is part of Tent U.S., Tent Canada, Tent España, and Tent France, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these four countries, including through employment or job preparation.


In 2023, Randstad committed to mentoring 50 refugee women over three years in cities across the United States, including Atlanta, Houston, and Minneapolis.

In 2021, Randstad committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands over three years.
