Commitment Types: Hiring & Training Mentorship
Hiring & Training

In 2019, Randstad committed to reaching 1,000 refugees in Europe with job placement opportunities.

Having surpassed its target, by helping 11,000 refugees find job opportunities, in 2022, Randstad committed to providing job support to an additional 20,000 refugees over three years through upskilling and reskilling, as well as job matching and placements in countries like Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden. Randstad will also explore opportunities to expand its refugee programs to new markets, including in the Czech Republic, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Randstad is part of the Tent Coalition for Refugees in the U.S., exploring hiring and training opportunities for refugees across the country.

Randstad is part of the Sunflower Project, Tent’s initiative to accelerate the economic inclusion of Ukrainian refugee women in Europe through better access to employment.
