In 2023, Teleperformance committed to hire 500 refugees, including Ukrainian refugee women, over three years across its European operations, including in France, Greece, Germany, Portugal, and the UK.

This commitment builds on Teleperformance’s efforts to hire 100 refugees in Europe between March 2022 and June 2023.

Teleperformance is part of Tent España. Tent France, and Tent México, exploring opportunities to help refugees and other forcibly displaced people enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

Teleperformance committed to hiring an additional 1,100 Venezuelan refugees at its call centers in Colombia by 2020 and will provide them with training on call-center operations, “soft” skills, and English proficiency. This commitment scales Teleperformance’s current hiring efforts in Colombia, where it has already hired 900 Venezuelan refugees.

In 2021, Teleperformance committed to joining Tent’s Impact Sourcing Initiative to advance the integration of Venezuelan refugees and support their host communities in Colombia.
