Hiring & Training

TIP Group is hiring and training refugees in Germany and the Netherlands through its Mechanics Academy. This is a nine month paid training program combining instructor-led, online, and hands-on training, that guarantees a job for certified participants. TIP Group plans to expand the program to Canada, Denmark, France, and the UK.

Tip is part of Tent Deutschland, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.
