Concentrix + Webhelp is part of Tent France, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

In 2021, Concentrix + Webhelp committed to joining Tent’s Impact Sourcing Initiative to advance the integration of Venezuelan refugees and support their host communities in Colombia. Concentrix + Webhelp has hired 300 Venezuelans to date in Colombia.
