Hiring & Training

Wolt has hired refugees in Sweden, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. In Wolt’s Czech and Slovak grocery stores, “Wolt Markets”, refugees represent 10 percent of their workforce.

In 2024 Wolt will launch a refugee hiring pilot in Croatia and is exploring hiring and training opportunities for refugees in Sweden, Germany, and Poland.
