Claro, through its Claro por Colombia sustainability program, is encouraging its suppliers to hire refugees and other vulnerable populations in Colombia. Since 2019, Venezuelan refugees have been hired to work as call center advisors and commercial agents supporting Claro’s Colombian operations.
