Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is exploring hiring, training, and mentoring refugees across its operations in Europe.

TCS is helping provide better access to employment and supporting the economic inclusion of Ukrainian refugee women in Europe through Tent’s Sunflower Project.

Mentorship

In 2022, Tata Consultancy Services committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany and the Netherlands over three years.

In-kind Donation

TCS provides in-kind donations as well as pro-bono services to refugee-focused organizations.
