Ualá, an Argentinian financial technology company, committed to providing mobile financial accounts to 100,000 Venezuelan refugees in Latin American markets by 2021. Refugees will be able to open accounts through their smartphones, enabling them to access a range of financial services, such as making online purchases and transferring money, and build up their credit history.
